Alexandra Gallagher's Print Circle - Building a subscription-based art community!

This week I am taking a look at two print clubs that I have recently subscribed to. I am always interested in how artists and galleries for that matter find creative ways to share artistic creations.
The first artist I subscribed to is Alexandra Gallagher who is one of the artists I showcase in the gallery.

Alexandra is an award‑winning, multi‑media artist whose energy, imagination and work ethic shine through everything she creates—not to mention she’s smart, engaging and wonderfully witty in person.
Her Print Circle runs as a monthly subscription, and just a couple of weeks ago my February parcel arrived.

Inside was a beautifully curated bundle:
- A striking hand embellished open‑edition print
- A personal letter from Alexandra, sharing insight and inspiration behind the work
- A small collection of precious stones, each one thoughtfully chosen

Every element was carefully wrapped, professionally presented, and felt like receiving a little exhibition in the post.

The idea behind Alexandra's Print Circle is to build up an art community based on:
  • Connection
  • Conversation
  • Collective Creative Experience

Paul writes:
“Alexandra’s Print Circle is a brilliant way to discover her work for the first time—or stay closely connected if you already love what she creates. Her pieces are consistently beautiful, deeply thought‑provoking, and crafted with exceptional skill. For less than the cost of a few coffees each month, you can join a vibrant creative community and receive a unique, hand‑embellished artwork to treasure. Each monthly piece is clearly the result of many hours of care and consideration, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who values meaningful art to sign up and support Alexandra in this exciting new venture.”
