Alexandra Gallagher's Monthly Print Club

Alexandra writes:
This months Print Circle was hugely inspired by one of my favourite books by Kit Williams, Masquerade and the magical feeling that every illustration held. It's also inspired by the month I've had. From camping down in Somerset, exploring Glastonbury and Salisbury. watching sunsets and sunrises, family celebrations and lots of summer magic. Including one evening, a hare coming to say hello! The hare has long been a symbol of intuition, transformation and the space between worlds. It felt like the perfect companion for a month that has been full of reflection, adventure and precious time with the people I love.

One of the things that’s really important to me about the Print Circle is quality. For just £20 a month, every member receives an A4 fine art print that’s signed, and many are also hand embellished with gold ink or other finishing touches. They’re printed on the same cotton rag paper that I use for my limited edition prints, because I wanted each month’s artwork to feel like something truly special to collect.
The Print Circle isn’t just a subscription or being part of a project, it’s a way of supporting my practice, and I wanted every print to feel like a genuine thank you for being part of it
I could have gone down the route of sending smaller prints or postcards, but that never felt right to me. If you’re choosing to support my work each month, I want you to receive something I’d be genuinely proud to frame myself.
