'It's a Small World After All' Nature Photography by Paul Connor

'It's a Small World After All' is dedicated to the world inhabited by the little folk, Bees, Butterflies, Beetles Insects and Bugs and is the photography arm of This Floating World.
'Having spent many years photographing nature for the project 'Nature within Ten Miles of your House (Ashford, Kent) I spent 2024 focusing my time on macro photography - 'Macro photography refers to photographing at high magnifications. This may involve the use of a specialized macro lens, which is designed to capture detailed, close-up photos.'

'Again, around the Ashford area, I found this remarkably rewarding and the nature captured compliments my other photography perfectly.'

'Spending time in nature, for me, especially this last project, confirms what I have known for decades that as humans we are one aspect of nature and are interconnected and dependant on the world around us, have many similarities with the goals and desires of species both big and small and should endeavour to preserve natural environments so all species are given equal opportunities to fulfil their full potential.'

'Also, theses creatures are so damn cool!'

'Be transported into a world of alien, stunning and intriguing looking creatures.'
