‘Nature within Ten miles of your Houses’
'Nature being vibrant and evolutionarily unique, highlighting diversity is a trait to behold,
A Fallow Deer shuffles elegantly and nervously through the woodland hinting at secrets untold.
The Comma Butterfly’s leaf like wings offer protection and giving a stunning yet unnerving sight,
Unwavering and commanding Buzzards perch menacingly above, before being motivated to flight,
Robins land close with intrigue, boldness and cheek, to ponder the imposter that's near,
Eye Contact moments reveal a trust and patience between species and reveal a lack of ego and fear.
White and Marbled Butterflies, flitting, flying and feasting producing a plethora of colour and of joy.
Interesting, Interested and Interconnected species that enhance and fuel the environment in a cyclic and universal ploy.

The Dragonflies, Hawkers and Damselflies, pouncing and preening and producing sights never to tire,
Highland Cattle so docile and domestic yet hint at a muscular energy and power to fear and admire,
Illusions with water that offer the viewer a glimpse of sights that our ancient ancestors would see,
Nature producing Faces in trees, leaves and flowers which reaches the past within us and creates childish glee.
Tree like structures that hint at human ancestry and provide Arboreal Architecture and Art.
European Hornets stripping tree bark methodically and so fierce looking you are in a hurry to depart.
Nursery Web Spiders grotesque yet magnificence creeping silently and crawling gangly through the wood,
Mushrooms of all shapes, colours and sizes highlighting symbiosis and an intelligence not yet understood.

Insects that hover, sting and in all shapes, colour and sizes proving that individuality is a characteristic to celebrate,
‘Lets talk about about Sex’ photographs highlighting nature’s voracity to Fight, Feed and Mate.
Elephant Hawk Moths caterpillars that imitate snakes providing an extraordinary yet menacing delight,
Squirrels impressively scurrying and flying between branches camouflaged, charismatic and coloured in the Autumn light.
Orange-Peel Fungi parasitically and vibrantly clinging to tree bark bring colour, texture and a meal.
Frogs elegantly camouflaging themselves and elaborately convincing the photographer that aliens are real.
Yellow jackets, Bees and Wasps highlighting the characteristics of loyalty, hard work and the meaning of team,
Outrageously majestic Herons, Cormorants and Egrets that with elegance and perched high, survey the whole scene.

Un-naturally colourful ‘Mandarin Duck Males’ that seem designed, created and preserved,
Reptiles that slither, coil and sun-bask and slink away silently when annoyed or disturbed.
Hothfield Konik Ponies that hint to an age when the horse was revered, venerated and a society must,
Orbiting spherical planets that produce nature’s ebbs and flows, the promise of life yet hint at ‘ancient man’s’ mistrust.
Uniquely coloured, practically adaptive and interconnected species that prove no imposter or fake,
Swan’s that are regal, intelligent and territorial that show, unmistakably, whose in charge of the lake.
Egyptian Geese as partners and parents that put humans to shame with a sense of fragility, focus and intent,
Speckled Wood Butterflies that signal the Spring, with brighter, longer and warmer days and a feeling of content.'
